Attention all geoscience enthusiasts and members of the geology community! We are excited to announce the Call for Photos for our 2024 GeoCalendar. As in previous years, this calendar project relies on your submissions to come to life and showcase the incredible beauty and diversity of our planet’s geological wonders.

By participating in the Call for Photos, you have a chance to win one of two prizes. The first prize, Best Photo, comes with a $250 cash prize. The second prize, Best Sub-Category Photo, specifically focuses on Aerial Geology, and the winner will also receive a $250 cash prize.

To ensure your submission is eligible, please adhere to the following requirements:

• Your photo should be landscape-oriented and feature captivating geological elements.
• Include a concise geological description and precise location of the featured geological marvel in your submission.
• The photo must have a minimum resolution of 5 MP and be in TIFF, JPEG, or BMP format to ensure high-quality printing.
• While we value your enthusiasm, kindly limit your photo entries to a maximum of 5 submissions per person.
